1. Learn about your project and schedule a PRE-INSTALLATION SITE VISIT $195 (credited toward install)

Pre-Installation site visit includes:

Verify appliance cutouts and cabinet dimensions (width, height, depth, trim clearance)
Confirm leveling conditions of floors and cabinet bases
Check plumbing rough-in locations (water supply, drain, shutoff valves)
Verify electrical locations (outlet placement, dedicated circuits)
Confirm gas line location and shutoff access (if applicable)
Inspect appliance delivery path (doors, stairs, elevators, tight turns)
Verify floor protection requirements (hardwood, tile, stone protection needs)
Check for completed cabinetry installation and secure anchoring
Confirm ventilation requirements (hoods, built-ins, enclosed cabinetry airflow)
Identify any modification needs before delivery (cutting, drilling, relocation)
Confirm appliance model specs match jobsite conditions (no mismatch risk)
Create a detailed quote including all required upgrades or repairs necessary for proper installation
Document site with photos
